Pastor Greer is the Senior Pastor of Salem Baptist Church in Mason, Tennessee—affectionately known as The Place of the Supernatural. For more than two decades, he’s led Salem with a steady hand and a shepherd’s heart, preaching Christ with clarity while building a church that heals hearts, strengthens families, and serves the community with uncommon consistency. 

A marketplace-minded pastor, Pastor Greer moves easily between pulpit and boardroom. He is the founder of Keys to Life Community Development Corporation, advancing youth, workforce readiness, municipals and family stability across West Tennessee. He collaborates with schools, civic leaders, and major employers to create practical pathways for hope—most visibly through Unity in the Community initiatives and year-round resource partnerships.

As a financial educator and owner of The Greer Financial Group, he equips families to build generational wealth with plain-spoken wisdom and ethical guidance. Recognized by the State of Tennessee in 2014 and again in 2025, Pastor Greer serves on the Tipton County Health Council Board and the City of Millington Council Advisory Panel. He has received the Keys to the City of Covington and serves as Chaplain to the Mason Police Department. He is a member of Ford’s Equitable Growth Advisory Council connected to the BlueOval ecosystem, serves as District Director of West Tennessee for the Full Gospel International Baptist Church, and, in education, works as a Community Engagement Specialist for Memphis-Shelby County Schools, pioneering programs that reduce truancy and strengthen family stability. 

His ministry is marked by prayer, integrity, and results: people come to Christ, families grow stronger, students find support, and neighborhoods see tangible help. He is most at home opening Scripture, welcoming new families, and watching God do what only God can do.

In 2014, Pastor Greer earned a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Victory University. In 2025, he received an honorary doctorate recognizing his humanitarian work across West Tennessee from Xcellence Global Christian Leadership Institute.
